OpsBuilder provides AI-powered tool generation software designed for investigative and security professionals. The software runs on your infrastructure and generates code tools based on natural language descriptions.

3. License Grant

Subject to these terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Install and use OpsBuilder on your authorized systems
  • Generate and use tools created with OpsBuilder
  • Modify generated code for your internal purposes

4. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Redistribute, sublicense, or resell OpsBuilder
  • Reverse engineer the software (except as permitted by law)
  • Remove or alter proprietary notices
  • Use the software for illegal purposes

5. Generated Content

You own the tools and code generated using OpsBuilder. We claim no rights to outputs created with the software. You are responsible for ensuring generated code is suitable for your intended use.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

OPSBUILDER IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OPSBUILDER.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of OpsBuilder or violation of these terms.

9. Updates and Support

Software updates and support are provided according to your license tier. We reserve the right to modify features and functionality in future releases.

10. Termination

We may terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the software and destroy all copies.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
